Banana Nut Cake

DRY INGREDIENTS

 3 ½ Cups of al purpose flour

2 Teaspoons Salt

2 Teaspoons Baking Powder

1 Teaspoon Baking Soda

½ Teaspoon Cinnamon

SIFT TOGETHER ALL ABOVE INGREDIENTS

CREAM MIXTURE

 A Cup Crisco

4 Eggs

2 Cups Sugar

1 Teaspoon Vanilla

Combine sugar, crisco and vanilla and beat with mixer then add eggs and mix till light and fluffy

BANANA MIXTURE

Mash 3 bananas Then  Beat With Hand Electric Mixer

 CHOPPED WALNUTS

 Chop 1 Cup of Walnuts

Grease pan
Alternately add dry ingredients and banana mixture to cream mixture, beating with hand mixer.  Then fold in one cup of chopped walnuts (and or raisins) with wooden spoon.  Pour into greased pan and bake for 45 minutes at 350º.
