Beid ma'le (fried eggs) the worlds best and most perfect egg, my piece of heaven!

Salt, pepper
In a medium sized sauce pan add about 3 inches of oil and heat. Once oil is hot reduce heat. Gently crack egg one at a time into pan allow to fry for a minute or two till golden, with a large spoon gently turn egg on to other side careful not to break yolk, cook till browned. Drain on paper towel, sprinkle with salt and pepper and enjoy the best egg ever.
You will have mastered this recipe if the whites are browned and crunchy but, the yolk remains a bit runny!
