Broccoli florets platter

I love this dish.  Another recipe from Elizabeth and Pat.

one pound of broccoli florets (3 pound bag sold at sams)
1/2 cup of grated cheese (pecorino Romano) purchased at sams
1 cup of seasoned breadcrumbs
1/1 teaspoon of salt and sprinkle pepper to taste
1/4 cup Wesson oil
8 to 10 inch frying pan
Steam the broccoli (do not overcook)
put steamed broccoli in a bowl
now combine the grated cheese,  bread crumbs salt and pepper to broccoli and drizzle a little Wesson oil to slightly moisten
heat oil in frying pan then add enough of the broccoli to cover the bottom of the pan.  At medium heat cover the pan and fry until breadcrumbs are slightly golden.
Invert on a plate as you would an omelet.  Slightly cover the frying pan with oil and slide broccoli into the pan to fry the opposite side.  Again, when breadcrumb is slightly golden invert on plate and serve hot. 

If preparing this dish in advance, you may microwave it when ready to sit down to eat.
