Roz bil laban (rice pudding)
Serves 8
1 cup rice
6 cups milk
1/2 cup sugar
2 tbsp corn flour
1/2 cup water
Wash rice thoroughly and soak for 15 minutes, drain.  Place rice in large pot, add milk and sugar stir and bring to a boil.  Careful not to over boil or burn pudding.  Lower heat and allow to simmer, stirring occasionally till rice is cooked.  Combine corn flour and water stir and add to pudding stirring vigorously to incorporate.  Simmer another 10 minutes till no flavor of corn flour remains.  Remove from heat and ladle into individual bowls.  Sprinkle with cinnamon, cover and refrigerate.
