Snowballs - Linda's Cookies
2 sticks softened Butter
5 tbsp Powdered Sugar, plus extra for dredging
2 Cups of Flour
2 tsp Vanilla
1 Cup Chopped Pecans
Mix butter and sugar till creamy, add flour a bit at a time stirring well till incorporated. Add vanilla and pecans stir all ingredients. Preheat oven to 325. Shape dough into a log and wrap in wax paper, refrigerate for about 20 minutes. Slice refrigerated dough and form into crescents or balls. Bake for 25 minutes. Allow to cool then dredge in powdered sugar.
