Tahinah (sesame seed dip)
Tahinah can be used as a dip or an accompaniment to falafel or kebabs.
1/2 cup tahinah paste
4-5 cloves garlic
Salt and pepper
1/4 tsp red pepper
1/2 tsp cumin powder
2 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp water
Juice of 1 lemon
Red pepper flakes for garnish (optional)
Combine all ingredients in food processor to combine.  Adjust seasoning to taste.  If your tahinah is too thick add a bit more water.  Tahinah should have a smooth and fairly watery consistency.
